PLATES COACH TOURS reserves the right to change any route and/or arrangement where these may be necessary without prior notice as well as make use or other tour operators.

PLATES COACH TOURS, servants/employees and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person or his/her luggage or other personal property, whatever the same shall occur and whether the same shall arise from or be occasioned by the negligence of PLATES COACH TOURS, their servants/employees or agents or other persons directly or indirectly in the employment of service of PLATES COACH TOURS or otherwise under any circumstances whatsoever.
